- Prior experience of M&A; and equity fund raise transaction
- Proactive mindset comfortable with navigating ambiguity and changing cross-functional requirements
- Ability to analyse unique logistics requirements of clients, map out end-to-end logistics solutions, and prepare commercials to maximize both client value and company profitability
- Ability to influence and extract exact data from operations, marketing and finance personnel without direct authority
- Strong communication and presentation skills suitable for Board-level and investor interactions
