Parman Designs is looking for an experienced Factory / Production Supervisor for our unit in Dera, New Delhi.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily floor operations, labor management, and attendance.
- Plan and execute daily production schedules to meet order deadlines.
- Quality inspection of incoming raw materials and finished goods.
- Manage stock, track wastage, and maintain Daily Production Reports (DPR).
- Coordinate with designers and vendors for specialized job work.
Requirements:
- 1 to 3+ years experience as a Factory/Production Supervisor.
- Prior experience in Furniture, Interior Design products, or Manufacturing.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Sheets for reporting.
- Location: Dera, Recent Delhi.
