Key Responsibilities
- Legal drafting of pleadings, notices, petitions & applications
- Legal research and case law analysis
- Court appearances before courts/tribunals
- Filing, procedural compliances & case management
- Client coordination and hearing preparation
- Requirements
- LL.B. from a recognized university
- 2–5 years' litigation experience
- Strong drafting, research, communication & MS Office skills
