Role: Web Developer

Key Responsibilities:

- Add new features and functionality to the existing web application written in core-PHP.
- Enhance the performance, responsiveness, and reliability of the application.
- Elevate code quality and readability by migrating from core-PHP to a up-to-date framework such as Laravel.
- Integrate the application with external systems and services through REST APIs.
- Write and/or update queries in AzureSQL databases.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams for solution delivery.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Core-PHP web application development experience.




- Proficiency in connecting to other applications via REST API.
- Working knowledge of Python.
- Ability to write and update AzureSQL queries.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Bootstrap (or similar lightweight front-end frameworks).

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience migrating legacy core-PHP codebases to frameworks like Laravel.
- Good understanding of application architecture and design principles. Hands-on experience with GitLab source control management (SCM).
- Familiarity with application deployment using GitLab CI/CD pipelines.
