Role Overview:-

We are looking for a Java Technical Lead with 10+ years of experience who can work as a hands-on Individual Contributor while leading and mentoring a team of developers.

Job Details :-

- Develop and maintain applications using Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, JPA/Hibernate, Angular, REST APIs, and Microservices.
- Own technical/functional design, development, debugging, code reviews, and module releases.
- Analyze requirements and provide scalable and effective technical solutions.
- Lead, mentor, and guide developers; assign tasks and monitor delivery.
- Prepare effort estimates, work schedules, and resource plans.
- Analyze bugs, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely resolution and releases.
- Drive CI/CD, code quality, SCM, and engineering best practices.
- Conduct technical presentations and solution discussions when required.





Candidate Profile:-

- Minimum 9+ years of hands-on Java/J2EE development experience.
- Should have experience in Leading and mentoring a team.
- Robust experience in Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs, JPA/Hibernate, and Angular.
- Experience with Jenkins/TeamCity, GitLab, Git, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong understanding of software design, development, debugging, and SDLC.
- Excellent leadership, communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong team-player with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.
