Position: Accountant

Location: Central Africa

Experience: 5 -10 years (FMCG preferred)

Qualification: Degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or related field.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain accurate books, financial records, reconciliations, and accounts.

- Monitor sales, inventory, production, costs, receivables, payables, and cash flow.

- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

- Analyse financial and sales data and provide actionable insights to management.

- Maintain CRM, market databases, dashboards, and commercial reporting systems.

- Support budgeting, forecasting, tax, audit, and statutory compliance.

- Improve accounting, internal-control, data-management, and reporting processes.

- Robust accounting, reconciliation, financial-control, and analytical skills.

- Proficiency in Excel, Tally, financial databases, dashboards, and business software.

- Knowledge of AI/data tools and automation is an advantage.
