We are looking for a highly talented, self-driven Google Ads Expert who lives and breathes Google Ads.

This is not suitable for beginners also not for digital marketing agencies. We need a dedicated, highly self motivated individual for ACOFEL, an Australian platform someone who is an expert in Google Ads and can work full-time work from home exclusively on our platform.

What You Will Do:

- Manage and optimise all Google Ads campaigns only for ACOFEL (Search, Display, PMax, YouTube ads)
- Daily monitoring of spend, CPC, CTR, conversions and ROAS
- Full tracking setup and data analysis - Google Analytics 4, Tag Manager, Conversion Tracking
- Keyword research and optimisation to rank our keywords at the TOP of Google Search
- A/B testing of ad copy, landing pages and bidding strategies
- Reduce Cost Per Lead and increase lead quality for our driving instructors




- Provide daily/weekly performance reports

- 2+ years proven experience in Google Ads (must show results)
- Expert in Google Ads Search - you know how to get to the top
- Highly motivated, self-managed, and can work alone without supervision
- Smart, alert, analytical and data-driven
- Can work independently and take full ownership
