ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handle customer queries professionally through an international voice process.
- Understand customer concerns and provide accurate, timely resolutions.
- Deliver excellent customer service while maintaining a positive and professional communication style.
- Identify customer requirements and resolve issues within the defined process guidelines.
- Maintain quality and accuracy while handling customer interactions.
- Follow company policies, process guidelines, and quality standards.
- Maintain proper documentation and update customer information wherever required.
- Work effectively in a fast-paced BPO environment.
- Meet defined productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction parameters.
- Coordinate with internal teams whenever required to resolve customer concerns.
PREFERRED CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Excellent English communication skills verbal and written.
- Strong listening, problem-solving, and customer-handling abilities.
- Candidates with BPO/voice-process experience will be preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are also welcome.
- Campus candidates and recent graduates can apply.
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts.
- Comfortable working from the Jaipur location.
- Candidates relocating from other cities are welcome to apply.
- Graduation/educational eligibility as per process requirements.
- Immediate joiners will be given preference.
