Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced SAP S/4HANA Technical Consultant with strong expertise in ABAP development and SAP Transportation Management (TM). The consultant will be responsible for designing, developing, enhancing, and supporting SAP TM solutions within S/4HANA environments while collaborating with business and functional teams to deliver high-quality transportation and logistics solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and enhance SAP TM applications using ABAP on HANA.
- Design and develop RICEF objects including Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, and Workflows.
- Build and support custom developments in SAP TM and SAP S/4HANA.
- Develop CDS Views, AMDP, OData Services, and HANA-optimized ABAP solutions.
- Work on Freight Order Management, Transportation Planning, Carrier Selection,
and Freight Cost Management processes.
- Integrate SAP TM with ECC, EWM, SD, MM, and third-party logistics systems.
- Perform code optimization and performance tuning using HANA capabilities.
- Support production issues, enhancements, and implementation activities.
- Prepare technical design documents and unit test cases.
Must-Have Skills
- 5-8 years of SAP ABAP development experience.
- Strong experience in ABAP on HANA.
- Hands-on experience in SAP Transportation Management (TM).
- Expertise in:
- CDS Views
- AMDP
- OData Services
- Enhancements (BADI, User Exits)
- SmartForms / Adobe Forms
- ALE/IDoc
- RFC and Web Services
- Experience in SAP S/4HANA implementation or migration projects.
- Robust debugging and performance optimization skills.
