Sales Engineer Job Opening in Delhi (NCR) | Blue Cold Ref

Blue Cold Ref is seeking a qualified Sales Engineer to join our growing team. Responsibilities include managing industrial cooling design parameters, optimizing cold room component selections, and supporting site execution teams.

Experience: 2-5 years.

Responsibilities

- Business Development: Identify and develop new business opportunities within the industry across the given regions.
- Technical Consultation: Understand client s requirements and provide solution oriented advice on heat load calculations, equipment selection and costings.
- Proposal Engineering: Prepare detailed technical quotes and commercial proposals for industrial refrigeration systems and heat exchangers.
- Relationship Management: Maintain and strengthen relationships with consultants, contractors, and end-users (B2B).
- Market Analysis: Keep updates of market trends, competitor activities, and local regulatory requirements in the North Indian market.




- Sales Cycle Management: Manage the entire process from lead generation and technical presentation to negotiation and closing the deal.

Requirements

- Education: B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical or Refrigeration Air Conditioning Engineering.
- Experience: 2-5 years of experience in technical sales, specifically within the HVAC, Cold Chain, or Industrial Cooling sectors.
- Solid command of English and Hindi for effective communication.
- Solid negotiation and presentation skills.
- Attributes: Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
