Solid hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
- Mandatory experience with Redwood UI (configuration, adoption, and user experience alignment)
- Good understanding of Fusion CX functional flows - Leads, Opportunities, Accounts, Activities, Service Requests, and Case Management
- Experience in Fusion configuration, including Page Composer / Redwood personalization
- Experience in Fusion configuration, including Role-based access and security
- Experience in Fusion configuration, including Object and field-level configurations
- Exposure to Fusion integrations (REST APIs, OIC preferred)
- Ability to work with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable Fusion solutions
- Strong communication and client-facing skills
