As E-commerce Operations Associate, you will handle day-to-day responsibilities.
Responsibilities
- handle day-to-day responsibilities connected with order management, customer experience, catalogue coordination, reporting, follow-up.
- coordinating assigned work
- responding to relevant enquiries
- maintaining records and reports
- following up with stakeholders
- ensuring that agreed activities are completed on time
Requirements
- 0-3 years
- Based across Delhi NCR / Bengaluru / Mumbai / Noida
Qualifications
The ideal candidate should communicate clearly, be organised and take ownership of routine responsibilities after initial training.
