Key Responsibilities

- Hands-on experience with Siemens, Allen-Bradley (AB), Schneider, and Mitsubishi PLCs, with intermediate to advanced-level expertise.

- Strong hands-on experience with WinCC, FactoryTalk View (FTView), and Vijeo Citect SCADA platforms.

- Sound knowledge of HVAC, BMS, EMS, and data logging systems.

- Working knowledge of SQL databases, including basic database configuration, queries, and integration with automation systems.

- Strong knowledge of instrumentation across HVAC, BMS, and process automation applications.

- Handle erection, installation, testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, and validation for small to medium-sized automation projects.

- Hands-on exposure to industrial communication protocols such as Modbus RTU, Modbus TCP/IP, DNP3.0, Profibus, Profinet, and Ethernet/IP.

- Positive understanding of 21 CFR Part 11 compliance and GAMP 5 requirements in pharmaceutical automation.

- Experience in the pharmaceutical domain, including preparation and execution of DQ, IQ, OQ, and PQ documentation/protocols.





- Working knowledge of industrial networking, including PLC, SCADA, and HMI connectivity in Client-Server and redundant architectures.

- Ability to understand, review, and modify system architecture, control panel drawings, cable schedules, plant layouts, and P&IDs;.

- Coordinate with clients, vendors, electrical/instrumentation teams, and project stakeholders during execution and commissioning.

- Troubleshoot PLC, SCADA, communication, instrumentation, and automation-related issues and ensure timely project completion.
