- Design, develop, test, and deploy PeopleSoft HCM solutions to meet client requirements.
- Provide technical expertise on PeopleSoft modules such as Core HR, Benefits, Time & Labor, Payroll, etc.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and provide customized solutions using PeopleSoft tools.
- Troubleshoot issues related to PeopleSoft implementation, configuration, and data migration.
Job Requirements :
- 6-18 years of experience in IT services & consulting industry with a focus on PeopleSoft HCM implementations.
- Solid understanding of Peoplesoft's core HR, benefits administration, time management, labor management, payroll processing modules.
- Experience in designing complex workflows for large-scale enterprise systems like PeopleSoft.
