- Manage the entire loan application process from receipt to disbursement, ensuring timely processing and quality control.
- Conduct thorough credit analysis, appraisal, and risk assessment of loan applications to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve customer queries and issues related to loan processing.
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions, including loan agreements, interest calculations, and repayment schedules.
Job Requirements :
- 1-10 years of experience in banking or finance industry with expertise in gold loan operations.
- Solid understanding of financial products such as loans against gold (LAP) and other secured loans.
- Excellent analytical skills for conducting thorough credit evaluations and risk assessments.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel) for record-keeping purposes.
