Oracle Cloud HCM Support Consultant
Experience: 57 years relevant experience / 6–8 years overall
Location: Bangalore /Hyderabad

Key Responsibilities

- Provide functional support for Oracle Cloud HCM applications.
- Work on at least 3 Oracle HCM Cloud modules, such as Core HR, Absence, Time & Labor, Performance, Goals, Talent, Compensation, or Benefits.
- Handle Oracle HCM Cloud support and implementation activities.
- Analyze and resolve functional issues and provide effective solutions.
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and recommend preventive measures.
- Support third-party integrations and troubleshoot integration-related issues.
- Coordinate directly with clients and business stakeholders.
- Manage incidents, problems, releases, and changes following ITIL processes.
- Analyze Oracle quarterly updates/patches and assess their impact.
- Perform regression testing after quarterly Oracle Cloud updates.
- Support production issues and ensure timely resolution within agreed SLAs.
- Prepare functional documentation, issue analysis,



and support-related reports.
- Collaborate with technical and cross-functional teams for issue resolution.

- Strong hands-on experience in Oracle Cloud HCM.

- Experience in Oracle HCM Cloud support and implementation projects.
- Strong troubleshooting and RCA skills.
- Experience with third-party integrations.
- Experience in client-facing roles.
- Knowledge of ITIL-based Incident, Problem, Release and Change Management.
- Experience in quarterly patch analysis and regression testing.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Good-to-Have Skills

- Oracle HCM Cloud production support.
- Experience with complex HCM integrations.
- Knowledge of Oracle Cloud quarterly releases.
- Experience working in global support environments.
- Strong documentation and analytical skills.
