- Source and attract top talent for contract positions through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, etc.
- Manage the entire recruitment process from initial screening to onboarding recent hires, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality candidates.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies that meet client needs.
- Analyze metrics to track progress against targets and identify areas for improvement in the recruitment process.
Job Requirements :
- 3-5 years of experience in contract recruitment or related field (C2H/Contract Staffing).
- Proven track record of success in IT hiring or contract hiring with a focus on technical roles.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, interviewing, offer management, etc.
