- Manage day-to-day operations of the facility, ensuring smooth functioning of all systems such as HVAC, electricals, plumbing, MEP etc.
- Oversee maintenance activities including repairs and renovations to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Coordinate with vendors for civil works, landscaping, gardening and soft services like housekeeping.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Job Requirements :
- 2-15 years of experience in facility management or related field.
- Solid knowledge of air conditioning (HVAC), electricals, plumbing, MEP systems.
- Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail.
