Role & responsibilities

- Conduct research on assigned target companies to understand their business and identify relevant decision-makers.
- Source and verify business contact information through online research and prospecting tools.
- Engage prospective customers through outbound calls to introduce Testpress products and identify potential opportunities.
- Understand prospects existing technology, business requirements and challenges to assess product suitability.
- Qualify prospective opportunities and coordinate product demonstrations with the sales team.
- Maintain consistent follow-ups to support demo attendance and prospect engagement.
- Re-engage older leads and previously contacted accounts to uncover recent business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date contact information, call notes, follow-up activities and opportunity details in HubSpot

Preferred candidate profile

- 02 years of experience in business development, inside sales or outbound sales.



Fresh graduates with strong communication skills and an interest in B2B technology sales are encouraged to apply.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. Proficiency in Hindi is an added advantage.
- Confidence in initiating outbound calls and engaging with prospective customers.
- Strong online research skills, including the ability to identify relevant decision-makers within an organization.
- An organized and persistent approach to prospecting, follow-ups and record management.
- A customer-focused approach, with the ability to understand business needs before recommending solutions.
- An interest in technology and a willingness to develop knowledge of SaaS products.
- Prior exposure to SaaS, EdTech, video technology, APIs or B2B technology sales is preferred but not mandatory.
- Willingness to work full-time from the Chennai office.
