- Operate CNC turning and CNC milling machines as per production requirements.
- Read and understand engineering drawings and basic machining instructions.
- Perform machine setup assistance, tool loading, and tool offset adjustments under supervision.
- Inspect components using vernier calipers, micrometers, and other measuring instruments.
- Maintain dimensional accuracy and follow quality inspection procedures.
- Follow safety standards, 5S practices, and production targets.
- Identify basic machine and tooling issues and report them to supervisors.
- Maintain production records and follow shift schedules.
Preferred candidate profile
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering / Mechatronics / Production Engineering.
- ITI
- Freshers and candidates with relevant experience can apply.
- Basic knowledge of CNC machining and engineering drawings.
