Responsibilities

- Design and develop business applications using Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven).
- Build automated workflows and business process automation using Power Automate.
- Develop dashboards and reports using Power BI.
- Design scalable solutions leveraging Dataverse.
- Integrate Power Platform solutions with Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, SharePoint, Teams, Azure, SAP, and other enterprise applications.
- Develop custom connectors and APIs.
- Automate manual processes and improve operational efficiency.

Additional Responsibilities
- Leadership Mentoring: Mentor junior developers and citizen developers.
- Conduct design reviews and solution architecture reviews.
- Support onboarding and technical capability development.




- Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders.

Technical and Skilled Requirements
- Architecture Governance: Define Power Platform architecture, governance, and best practices.
- Ensure security, compliance, and data governance standards.
- Support environment management, ALM, and solution deployment strategies.
- AI Copilot: Build AI-powered solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio and AI Builder.
- Implement chatbot and conversational AI solutions.
- Leverage Generative AI capabilities within the Microsoft ecosystem.
