Roles and Responsibilities :

- Lead the development team in designing, developing, testing, and deploying scalable microservices architecture using Java and Spring Boot.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for cloud-based solutions on AWS or GCP.
- Ensure high availability, scalability, security, and performance of the system by implementing monitoring tools such as Kafka and Cassandra.
- Mentor junior engineers in best practices for coding standards, debugging techniques, and version control systems like Git.

Job Requirements :

- 7-18 years of experience in software development with expertise in Java programming language.
- Robust understanding of cloud computing platforms (AWS/GCP) and NoSQL databases (Cassandra).
- Experience with building scalable microservices architectures using Spring Boot framework.
- Proficiency in working with messaging queues like Kafka for distributed communication.
