Job Description: Java Developer (7+ Years Experience)

About the Role

Around 7+ years of experience in Java backend development. Candidates with 7+ years of relevant experience may also be considered.
Strong problem-solving and coding skills in Java are mandatory.
Strong knowledge of the Spring Framework, including Spring Boot, RS services, and Spring Batch.
Experience with microservices architecture is preferred. Candidates with basic microservices exposure may also be considered.
Good understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases. Strong knowledge of at least one database system, such as BigQuery or Oracle, is mandatory.
Exposure to Kafka, Docker and Kubernetes will be an added advantage.
Familiarity with AI coding tools such as Claude Code or Cursor will be an added advantage.
Candidates should have strong programming fundamentals to validate and review AI-generated outputs.
