We are looking for an experienced Data Scientist with 5+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, and statistical modeling. The candidate will be responsible for analyzing complex datasets, developing machine learning models, generating actionable insights, and deploying data-driven solutions to solve business problems.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Python, SQL, Machine Learning, Statistics, Data Analysis, and model development, along with experience working with large datasets and cloud-based data platforms.

Role & Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and implement machine learning models to solve business problems.
- Collect, clean, preprocess, and analyze structured and unstructured datasets.
- Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify trends, patterns, and business insights.
- Develop and optimize supervised and unsupervised machine learning models.
- Apply statistical techniques for data analysis, hypothesis testing, and predictive modeling.
- Work with algorithms such as Linear Regression, Logistic Regression, Decision Trees, Random Forest, XGBoost, Clustering, and other ML techniques.
- Perform feature engineering and feature selection to improve model performance.
- Evaluate models using appropriate metrics such as Accuracy, Precision, Recall, F1 Score, ROC-AUC, RMSE, and MAE.
- Tune machine learning models and optimize hyperparameters to improve performance.
- Develop data visualizations and dashboards to communicate insights to business stakeholders.
- Work with Python libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, Matplotlib, and Seaborn.
- Write efficient SQL queries to extract and analyze data from databases.




- Work with large datasets and perform data transformation and aggregation.
- Deploy and monitor machine learning models in production environments.
- Collaborate with Data Engineers, Software Engineers, Business Analysts, and other stakeholders.
- Perform root-cause analysis and provide data-driven recommendations.
- Maintain technical documentation for datasets, models, experiments, and deployment processes.
- Stay updated with emerging machine learning, AI, and data science technologies.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Required Skills:

- 5+ years of hands-on experience in Data Science / Machine Learning.
- Robust programming experience in Python.
- Strong knowledge of Machine Learning algorithms and statistical modeling.
- Strong experience with Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, Matplotlib, and Seaborn.
- Strong SQL skills and experience working with relational databases.
- Experience in data preprocessing, EDA, feature engineering, model development, and model evaluation.
- Good understanding of statistics, probability, hypothesis testing, and predictive analytics.
- Experience with supervised and unsupervised learning techniques.
- Experience with model optimization and hyperparameter tuning.
- Good understanding of ML model deployment and production support.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.





Preferred Skills

- Experience with Deep Learning using TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Knowledge of NLP / Natural Language Processing.
- Experience with Generative AI / LLMs is an advantage.
- Experience with AWS / Azure / GCP cloud platforms.
- Knowledge of MLflow or similar ML lifecycle tools.
- Experience with Databricks / Spark / PySpark.
- Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience with MLOps and CI/CD pipelines.
- Knowledge of Power BI / Tableau for data visualization.
- Experience working with Big Data technologies.
- Understanding of Git and Agile methodologies.
