Roles and Responsibilities

- Provide exceptional customer support to clients through phone calls, emails, or chats.

- Handle international client queries related to software products and services.

- Resolve issues efficiently and effectively while maintaining a high level of professionalism.

- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues.

- Meet performance targets for quality, productivity, and sales metrics

Work location : Chennai (Perungulathur)

Shift : US shift

Notice period : Immediate

Desired Candidate Profile

- 0-2 years of experience in an International BPO setting handling US process.

- Excellent communication skills in English language (written & spoken).

- Ability to work on night shifts from Monday to Friday (with weekends off).

- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail and analytical thinking.
