Role Overview

We are seeking a App Marketing Manager to own user acquisition across Meta, Google, and emerging social channels. The role carries full accountability for acquisition efficiency, attribution integrity, and cohort quality.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, and optimise app install and in-app conversion campaigns across Meta Ads and Google App Campaigns
- Expand and test current channels including Apple Search Ads, YouTube, and other social platforms
- Manage the creative testing pipeline in partnership with the design team, from brief to iteration
- Own daily budget allocation, CAC targets, and post-install cohort performance




- Maintain attribution accuracy and reporting hygiene across all acquisition sources

Required Skills and Experience

- Demonstrated experience managing app install and in-app event campaigns at meaningful budget scale
- Working knowledge of AppsFlyer, including SDK event mapping, server-to-server postbacks, deep linking, OneLink configuration, attribution windows, and SKAdNetwork setup for iOS
- Ability to configure and validate conversion event signals flowing into Meta and Google optimisation systems
- Strong analytical capability with raw cohort and retention data, beyond platform dashboards

Preferred Qualifications

- Prior experience in fintech or subscription-based mobile products
- Experience marketing to B2C audiences aged 35 and above

- You need a large team and big budgets to deliver.
