Responsibilities and Duties:

- Perform DNA and RNA extraction from various biological samples.

- Conduct quality control assessments of nucleic acids using Qubit, TapeStation, and gel electrophoresis.

- Prepare NGS libraries for sequencing workflows (MGI platform preferred).

- Execute PCR and RT-PCR experiments according to protocol.

- Maintain accurate documentation of lab activities and experimental procedures.

- Experience with CAP/NABL audits is considered an added advantage.

Key Skills Required:

- Hands-on experience in DNA/RNA extraction and NGS Library Preparation (preferably MGI workflows).

- Working knowledge of PCR/RT-PCR and a strong foundation in molecular biology.

- Commitment to valuable laboratory practices and attention to detail.





- Ability to follow standard operating procedures and collaborate effectively within a team.

Required Experience and Qualifications:

- Education: B.Tech / MSc in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, or Genomics.

- Experience: 1-3 years of hands-on experience in NGS wet lab environments, specifically with MGI library preparation and DNA/RNA extraction.
