- Conduct screenings (vitals, PoC tests: Glucometer, BCA, BP)
- Document in EMR/paper, ensure data accuracy, enter & secure patient info, and support care via charting, medication dosing, notes & lab result updates.
Required Candidate profile
- ANM/GNM fresher preferred with solid clinical, technical & analytical skills
- Experience with EMR systems and data documentation
- Attention to detail, confidentiality & patient-centered care
