JOB DESCRIPTION: Training & Development Executive

POSITION LEVEL: Executive

QUALIFICATIONS: Any UG Degree, MBA (Marketing)

EXPERIENCE: 1+ Years in Training, Sales Enablement, L&D;, or Retail Training

SKILLS: Training Needs Analysis (TNA), Curriculum Development, Product Training, LMS

Management, training planning & execution, coaching & team development, Data Analysis,

Performance Tracking, Market Analysis, MS Excel & PowerPoint, Stakeholder Management

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Design and deliver online & offline training programs, learning modules, videos, and

training materials based on business needs and performance gaps.

- Manage employee onboarding, induction, refresher trainings, assessments, and

knowledge development activities to improve employee capability and learning

retention.

- Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) using audit findings, customer feedback,

complaint data,



and exam results to identify skill gaps and improve training

effectiveness.

- Track employee performance, maintain training records and reports, evaluate training

outcomes using performance metrics, and implement continuous improvement plans.

- Provide coaching, mentoring, role-based learning paths, employee engagement

activities, and administrative support including CRM updates and exit formalities.

- Prepare monthly training plans, calendars, reports, and ensure timely execution of all

training programs with proper coordination and compliance.

- Ensure adherence to training processes, documentation standards, KPI targets, quality

content development, audit readiness, and continuous service quality improvement

initiatives.
