- Document patient visits, medical histories, examinations, diagnoses & treatment plans in EHR systems.
- Assist physicians in maintaining accurate & complete medical records.
- Review & update patient charts, test results
Required Candidate profile
- Graduate in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Nursing, Biotechnology, or related field.
- Robust understanding of medical terminology & healthcare documentation.
- Proficiency in MS Office and EHR systems.
