- System Repairs & Overhauls: Replace defective compressors, motors, valves, and electronic control boards.
- Leadership & Mentoring: Guide, train, and provide technical direction to junior technicians and apprentices.
- Preventive Maintenance: Oversee scheduled inspections, filter replacements, coil cleanings, and system calibrations to maximize energy efficiency.
- Compliance & Safety: Ensure all work adheres to OSHA guidelines, local building codes, and environmental regulations regarding refrigerants.
