Roles and Responsibilities

- Source candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, networking, referrals, and internal database.
- Conduct initial screening of resumes and cover letters to filter out unsuitable candidates.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and schedule interviews accordingly.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding current hires.
- Ensure timely communication with both clients (hiring managers) and candidates throughout the recruitment cycle.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 2-3 years of experience in bulk hiring or mass hiring for non IT roles.
- B.Tech degree in Computers or equivalent qualification required.
- Strong understanding of technical terms related to software development industry.
