Role & responsibilities

.Job Summary:

To manage and control the overall production activities involving sheet metal stamping, manual welding, robotic welding and assembly, ensuring that production targets are achieved with the required quality, productivity, cost, delivery and safety standards.

The Production Manager is responsible for effective manpower utilization, machine capacity planning, production scheduling, process improvement, rejection control and continuous improvement of manufacturing processes.

The Production Manager shall coordinate closely with:

- PPC Production planning and scheduling
- Quality Quality control and corrective actions
- Maintenance – Machine and equipment availability
- Tool Room – Dies, tools and fixtures
- Purchase – Material and consumables
- Stores – Raw material and component availability
- Engineering/Method – Process improvement and recent product development
- HR – Manpower, training and discipline
- EHS/Safety – Safety compliance
- Dispatch/Logistics – Finished goods delivery
