Optimize Hiring Source Mix as per the agreed grid.
To adhere to the Infant Attrition grid along with agreed Diversity Hires as a % of overall HC budget.
To adhere to TAT for sourcing till offer release with onboarding.
Ensures effective documentation at the zone of all key personnel documentation such as joining formalities in a timely and accurate manner with the help of the HR Business partners in the business units.
Adherence to TAT and FTR for all key recruitment processes.
Candidate Profile
Candidate having experience in hardcore Talent Acquisition and who had worked on Bulk Hiring. end to end recruitment in NBFC.
