- Manage procurement processes from purchase requisition to delivery, ensuring timely and cost-effective supply of materials and services.
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, negotiate contracts, and monitor performance to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for cost savings through strategic sourcing initiatives.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform purchasing decisions.
Job Requirements :
- 1-3.8 years of experience in procurement or related field (e.g., SCM).
- Strong understanding of global sourcing principles, including NPI/NPd processes.
- Proficiency in SAP systems; knowledge of PLM/PO/Purchase Order creation/management a plus.
- Excellent negotiation skills; ability to build solid relationships with internal stakeholders.
