Job Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of mocktails, cocktails, beverages, coffee, tea, and soft drinks as per lounge standards.
- Maintain the bar counter in a clean, organized, and hygienic condition.
- Ensure proper stocking and replenishment of bar supplies and ingredients.
- Provide excellent customer service and interact professionally with guests.
- Follow standard recipes, presentation guidelines, and food safety procedures.
- Monitor inventory and report shortages to the supervisor.
- Adhere to hygiene, sanitation, and workplace safety standards at all times.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience as a Barman or Bartender in a hotel, resort, restaurant, caf, airport lounge, or hospitality industry.
- Positive knowledge of beverage preparation and bar operations.
- Basic communication skills in English.
- Pleasant personality with a strong customer-service attitude.
- Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
