- Lead a team of appraisers to ensure timely completion of US mortgage appraisals.
- Develop and implement effective processes for managing workflow, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Collaborate with other teams to resolve issues related to appraisal reports, title searches, and loan processing.
- Provide guidance on industry regulations, best practices, and company policies.
Job Requirements :
- 6-14 years of experience in the US mortgage industry or equivalent experience in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of US mortgage laws, regulations, and industry standards (e.g., FHA, VA).
- Proven track record of successfully leading teams or managing projects in a fast-paced setting.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
