Key Roles:

1. Managing MEP Projects: Oversee multiple MEP systems (like electrical, plumbing, HVAC) to ensure projects run smoothly, on time, and on budget.
2. Cost Estimates: Calculate costs for electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other MEP systems, including materials, labor, and time.
3. Supervising Contractors: Ensure contractors follow specifications and meet deadlines.
4. Coordinating with Teams: Work with architects, engineers, and contractors to make sure MEP systems match the design and structural plans.
5. Providing Technical Advice: Offer expert advice on MEP system installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
6. Resolving Design Issues: Suggest solutions when designs need to be adjusted due to site conditions or coordination challenges.
7. Health & Safety: Ensure health and safety standards are followed in office to keep workers safe.
8. Off-Site Inspections:



Inspect materials and equipment off-site to ensure they meet quality and regulatory standards.
9. Validating Designs: Review and suggest improvements to MEP designs based on real-world conditions.
10. Coordinating Materials and Drawings: Make sure MEP materials, systems, and shop drawings are ready for installation.
