TCS is looking for a highly skilled Digital Workplace Architect with 12+ years of experience in designing, implementing, and transforming contemporary digital workplace solutions. The ideal candidate should have extensive expertise in Microsoft 365, Endpoint Management, Collaboration Platforms, End User Computing (EUC), Security, and Workplace Transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Define and drive Digital Workplace strategy, architecture, and roadmap.
- Design and implement enterprise-scale Digital Workplace solutions.
- Architect solutions around Microsoft 365, Intune, Teams, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Endpoint Management.
- Lead workplace modernization and digital transformation initiatives.
- Design secure and scalable device management solutions using Intune, Autopilot, and MDM platforms.




- Collaborate with business stakeholders to enhance employee experience and productivity.
- Provide architecture governance, standards, and best practices.
- Lead technology assessments, solution design, and implementation projects.
- Drive automation, self-service, and AI-enabled workplace solutions.
- Ensure compliance, security, and operational excellence across workplace services.
