About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and organized HR Executive to join our Group HR team. The role will primarily focus on end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition across multiple business verticals within the Group, along with supporting various HR operations and employee engagement activities.
The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, good sourcing capabilities, and the ability to manage multiple requirements simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Primary Responsibility
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned positions across Group Companies.
- Understand manpower requirements and prepare/coordinate Job Descriptions (JDs) with the respective departments.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, social media, recruitment agencies, and other channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
- Conduct preliminary HR interviews and coordinate technical/functional interviews with hiring managers.
- Maintain regular follow-up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Coordinate interview schedules and ensure timely feedback from interview panels.
- Manage candidate negotiation and offer coordination in consultation with the reporting manager.
- Coordinate offer release, pre-joining follow-ups, and joining formalities.
- Maintain accurate recruitment trackers and provide regular recruitment MIS and status reports.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of suitable candidates for recurring and critical positions.
- Support bulk hiring, campus recruitment, walk-in drives, and other hiring initiatives whenever required.
- Ensure positions are closed within the agreed Turnaround Time (TAT).

HR Operations
- Support day-to-day HR operations across Group Companies.
- Coordinate employee joining, onboarding, induction, and exit formalities.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation.
- Support attendance, leave, payroll inputs, and other employee-related HR processes.
- Assist in maintaining personnel files and ensuring HR documentation is complete and up to date.
- Coordinate issuance of HR-related letters and documents such as appointment letters, confirmation letters, experience letters, relieving letters, etc.
- Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures.
3. Employee Engagement & HR Support
- Support employee engagement activities, events, celebrations, and internal initiatives.
- Assist in employee communication and coordination on HR-related matters.
- Support employee grievance handling and escalate concerns to the reporting manager where required.
- Assist in organizing training and development programs.
- Support performance management and appraisal-related activities.
4. HR MIS & Documentation
- Maintain accurate recruitment and HR databases.
- Prepare regular Recruitment MIS, joining reports, hiring status reports, and other HR reports.
- Track recruitment metrics such as:
- Open Positions
- Profiles Sourced
- Profiles Shortlisted
- Interviews Scheduled
- Offers Released
- Offers Accepted
- Positions Closed
- Time-to-Hire
- Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of employee and candidate information.
5. Other HR Responsibilities
- Coordinate with department heads and business teams regarding manpower requirements.
- Assist the HR team in implementing new HR processes and initiatives.
- Support statutory compliance and other HR activities as assigned.
- Perform any other HR-related responsibilities assigned by the reporting manager.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of recruitment and sourcing techniques.
- Ability to effectively screen and assess candidates.
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
- Good negotiation and candidate management skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets, MS Office, and recruitment platforms.
- Ability to maintain recruitment trackers and prepare HR MIS.
- Good understanding of basic HR processes and practices.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources will be an added advantage.
Preferred Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in HR / Recruitment / Talent Acquisition.
- Experience handling multiple vacancies across different functions or business verticals will be preferred.
- Candidates with experience in a group/company setting or multi-industry recruitment will be an advantage.
