Role & responsibilities

- Deliver High-Impact Training: Conduct comprehensive, practical training sessions covering modeling, structural engineering, and clash detection workflows.
- Curriculum Development: Design and continuously update lesson plans, real-world project case studies, and assessment blueprints.
- Mentorship: Guide students and industry professionals through hands-on capstone projects and technical troubleshooting.
- Evaluation: Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to ensure job readiness.

Preferred candidate profile

- Software Mastery: In-depth, hands-on experience in AutoCAD, STAAD.Pro, Navisworks, and the complete Revit suite (Arch/Structure/MEP).
- Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical workflows in straightforward, accessible language.
- Experience: Prior experience in corporate training, academic teaching, or working as a BIM/Structural engineer with training responsibilities is highly preferred.
