Role: Telecaller - Fundraising

Role & Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential donors to explain current fundraising campaigns.
- Clearly communicate the organization's mission and how contributions make a direct impact.
- Build rapport and engage with prospects fluently in both Tamil and English.
- Handle donor inquiries, address objections politely, and securely process donation commitments.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of calls, donor details, and follow-ups in the system.
- Consistently meet or exceed daily and weekly fundraising targets.
- Follow up on warm leads to encourage contributions.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Experience: Freshers exclusively; no prior experience required. Comprehensive training will be provided.
- Languages: Must have excellent verbal communication skills in both Tamil and English.
- Skills: Robust persuasion and negotiation skills, active listening, clear pronunciation, and confident phone etiquette.
- Attributes: Self-motivated, resilient, target-oriented, eager to learn, and comfortable handling rejections.
- Education: Minimum 12th pass; Any Graduate or Postgraduate can apply
