- Supervise and manage day-to-day floor operations to ensure smooth service.
- Monitor service quality, hygiene, cleanliness, and compliance with company standards.
- Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally.
Required Candidate profile
- 5+ years of experience in restaurant, hotel, caf, or hospitality operations.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
