The Role
Working in a fast-paced, creative environment, the Product Operations Specialist role will focus on working to help each of our new customers onboard by setting up each of our customers PandaDoc digital documents so that their job applicants can fill those documents out electronically and submit electronic signatures. The PandaDoc (digital document signing) platform is integrated directly into Applois product.

Responsibilities

Configure and manage customer documents within our document-signing platform, PandaDoc, including the manual setup of customized fields
Configure customer s document templates to assign them to certain teams, sections of the platform, and to add additional features
Make minor document code adjustments as needed (no programming experience required; attention to detail and a willingness to learn are essential)
Use strategic thinking to determine creative solutions to customer document setup needs.
Work with integration team to add field IDs to templates to ensure 3rd party integrations are working properly
Troubleshoot document issues as needed
Review customer documents and workflows, providing thoughtful recommendations to improve quality, efficiency, and outcomes




Communicate effectively with Customer Success Managers to advise on best practices and propose creative, customer-focused solutions
Support data entry and configuration tasks related to our Schedule product as needed
Assist with additional manual account setup and configuration tasks as required

Skills/Qualifications

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
2-4 years of professional work experience; recent college graduates are encouraged to apply
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup-style environment
Demonstrates a strong work ethic, integrity, and a drive to succeed
Adaptable and open to new initiatives, tools, and processes
Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Eager to learn and grow into a broader role over time while excelling in a position focused on repeatable, process-driven work
Experience learning software tools or the ability to quickly master new technology and become a subject-matter expert
Naturally curious problem-solver who enjoys investigating issues, understanding root causes, and identifying effective solutions
