- Good knowledge of IATF 16949:2016 requirements.
- Knowledge of automotive Customer Specific Requirements (CSR).
- Good understanding of PFMEA, Control Plan, Process Flow, MSA, SPC, PPAP and APQP.
- Knowledge of 8D( 5 Why, Fishbone, CAPA, and root-cause analysis)
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
- Knowledge of measuring instruments such as Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Height Gauge, Contour Tracer, Hardness tester.
- Positive problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and Team coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Experience in automotive component manufacturing, sheet metal, gasket or related manufacturing processes will be preferred.
- Process and product audit experience
