- Manage industrial relations, union negotiations, talent development & succession planning.
Required Candidate profile
- 15+ years of experience as Plant HR in manufacturing unit. Proficiency in HR elements of the plant.
- Positive interpersonal skills, excellent knowledge of various departments and its procedures.
