- Manage a team of collectors to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for business loans and personal loans.
- Conduct regular visits to customers' premises to recover outstanding debts through negotiation, mediation, or legal action.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement in debt recovery processes.
- Develop strategies to improve collection efficiency, reduce delinquency rates, and increase customer satisfaction.
Job Requirements :
- 3-10 years of experience in field collections or related roles such as debt recovery or credit management.
- Robust knowledge of business loan products, including their features, benefits, and risks.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to negotiate effectively with customers over phone calls or face-to-face meetings.
