Job description:

Designation: Telesales/ Presales - Cold Calling - Day Shift

Work Location: Chennai [Ampa Skyone- Aminjikarai]

Experience: 2 - 5 years

Age limit: 23 - 28 preferred

*Night shift candidates who are willing change for Day shift is preferred*

** Fixed Sunday holiday & 2 Compensation off apart from leave balance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make 100 - 150 outbound calls daily to prospective leads
- Pitch Elements Senior Living with empathy and clarity
- Qualify leads and book site visits or follow-up calls
- Handle objections and build trust with seniors and their families
- Update lead status in the CRM accurately every day
- Meet daily and monthly targets for calls, qualified leads, and site visits

Requirements :

- 2 - 5 years of outbound or cold calling experience
- Proven track record of 100 - 150 calls per day
- Strong communication skills, and a patient, empathetic tone
- Confident objection handling and follow-up discipline
- Comfortable with CRM and target-driven work
