- Drive branch sales and achieve business targets across loan products.
- Develop and execute local sales strategies to maximize business growth.
- Source new customers through direct sales, channel partners, DSAs, and referrals.
Required Candidate profile
- 5+ years of experience in NBFC/ Banking/ Financial Services.
- Solid understanding of retail lending products such as Personal Loans, Business Loans, LAP, Home Loans, Vehicle Loans, or MSME Loans.
