We are seeking an experienced Technical Manager Refinish with 8–12 years of experience in the Automotive Refinish Paints/Coatings industry. The role will lead technical service, product application support, customer training, and process excellence initiatives across the South region. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in spray painting, colour matching, tinting, paint booth operations, and automotive refinish paint systems.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for paint defects, color matching, application issues, and process improvements at body shops, OEM workshops, and distributor locations.
- Conduct product demonstrations, field trials, technical audits, and validation activities.
- Deliver technical training programs for painters, technicians,



and distributor teams while developing SOPs and application guidelines.
- Support sales teams with customer conversions, product launches, and technical presentations.
- Collaborate with R&D; and global technical teams on product testing, VOC compliance, and market feedback initiatives.

Requirements: Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Automotive, Chemical, or Mechanical Engineering with solid knowledge of automotive refinish paint systems, color tools, spectrophotometers, and waterborne/low-VOC technologies. Willingness to travel extensively across the region is essential.
